Vianto Pashku – Advocaat vastgoedrecht bij Reius Advocaten Brussel

Vianto Pashku

Partner Lawyer

Vianto Pashku is a co-founder of the law firm Reius. He obtained a Master of Laws from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, with a specialisation in Criminal Law. After an initial professional experience in the corporate world at the head office of Beobank, he was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2016 and joined the firm Heilporn & Kadaner. There, he developed his practice in real estate law, insurance law and liability law — with a particular focus on real estate disputes, proceedings concerning hidden defects, liability claims and contested sale and purchase transactions. Vianto assists clients in a pragmatic and engaged manner, with an eye for both the legal and commercial context of each file. He thinks proactively and seeks to identify and manage risks at an early stage. He is known for his strategic litigation insight and sharp negotiation skills — qualities he deploys both at the negotiating table and before the courts. At the same time, he consistently explores whether an amicable resolution is possible and appropriate. Drawing on his background in criminal law, Vianto also handles police court matters, allowing him to stay attuned to the most recent developments in criminal law. Vianto works in Dutch, French and English.
